Cosaint Arms Alpha
No. 74 of 75 — Available at P144 ArmoryThe Cosaint Arms ALPHA is a hand assembled, American made double stack 1911 built around performance, craftsmanship, and exclusivity.
P144 Armory is proud to be San Antonio's only authorized Cosaint Arms dealer, giving local shooters and collectors the opportunity to see and handle a firearm that you simply do not come across very often.
The ALPHA we currently have in store is No. 74 of only 75 serialized pistols produced for this collection.
Each ALPHA is manufactured in North Carolina, hand-assembled, fitted, inspected, and test fired by Cosaint Arms.
Only 75 individually serialized pistols were produced in the numbered ALPHA Collection, running from UA0001 through UA0075, along with a separate Artist Proof outside of the numbered series.
Each pistol also includes a numbered Certificate of Authenticity signed by Greg Mooney, and Cosaint Arms has agreed not to duplicate a completed collection.
Once this run is gone, it is gone.
Built to Be Shot.
Built to Be Collected.

The ALPHA is built on Cosaint Arms' Government size COS21 double-stack 1911 platform and chambered in 9mm.
At the center of the pistol is a 5 inch match grade Kart bull barrel with a target crown and Cosaint's V12 porting system.
Twelve ports incorporated into the barrel and slide direct gas upward as the pistol fires, helping reduce muzzle rise and keep the gun flatter during rapid strings of fire.
The pistol uses a tactical hard-coat aluminum frame paired with Cosaint's Flat Top Tactical slide and custom serrations. It also features a full size Cheely aluminum grip, Cheely steel magwell, ambidextrous safety, and a custom flat trigger with an approximate 3 pound pull.
Despite being a full size double stack 1911, it weighs only 34.1 ounces without a magazine.
The pistol is also optic ready for the C&H Precision Weapons plate system and ships with a cover plate and fiber optic front sight.
Finished in Green Riptile Cerakote, the ALPHA was built to stand out, but the limited production is only part of the story.
Underneath it is still a serious performance pistol.

The Cosaint Difference

Cosaint Arms is an American firearm manufacturer based in East Flat Rock, North Carolina.
The company specializes heavily in the 1911 platform, including its COS11 single stack and COS21 double stack pistols.
What separates Cosaint from many larger manufacturers is the scale at which they operate.
These are not firearms moving through a massive production line. Cosaint focuses on smaller production numbers, premium components, customization, individual fitting, inspection, and direct interaction with its customers.
Many Cosaint pistols are built specifically around what the individual customer wants.
The ALPHA follows that same philosophy. Each pistol is hand assembled, fitted, inspected, and test fired by Cosaint's gunsmiths in North Carolina.
The collection is also 100% American made.
That small scale approach is a major part of what makes Cosaint Arms different.
Greg Mooney
The Experience Behind Cosaint ArmsCosaint Arms was founded by Greg Mooney, who has spent decades working in the firearm, knife, and outdoor industries.
Before founding Cosaint, Greg held leadership positions with Buck Knives, Benchmade Knife Company, Benelli USA, and STI International.
He served as President of Benchmade, General Manager of Benelli USA, and in 2014 became President and CEO of STI International.
STI is the company that would later become Staccato.
Greg was directly involved with the double stack 1911 platform long before the current explosion in popularity surrounding 2011 style pistols.
Greg and his wife Kim eventually left the large corporate side of the industry and founded Cosaint Arms with the goal of building high quality firearms on a much smaller scale, where more attention could be given to the individual gun and the person buying it.
That same philosophy still shows in how Cosaint operates today.
Small production numbers.
Individual fitting and inspection.
Direct communication with the company.
And firearms built by people who are much closer to the final product.
Cosaint Arms × Your Unique Arms

You will see both Cosaint Arms and Your Unique Arms associated with the ALPHA Collection.
Your Unique Arms is a Dallas based FFL that works with Greg Mooney and Cosaint Arms to develop exclusive limited edition collections like the ALPHA.
Your Unique Arms handles the collectible concept and limited edition side of the project, while Cosaint Arms manufactures, assembles, fits, inspects, and test-fires the firearms in North Carolina.
Greg Mooney personally inspects the finished ALPHA pistols and signs the Certificates of Authenticity that accompany them.
That is why you will see both names associated with this collection.
Lifetime Support
Cosaint Stands Behind What They BuildCosaint Arms refers to its customer service program as Lifetime Support.
If a firearm ever needs service or repair, owners can contact Cosaint Arms directly. Customers with unresolved concerns are also provided a way to contact Greg Mooney himself.
That is another advantage of dealing with a smaller manufacturer.
You are not buying an unusual firearm and then being left on your own if something ever needs attention.
The company that built the gun is still there to support it.
Cosaint Arms Lifetime Support policies, procedures, terms, and limitations apply.
