Shipping Policy
P144 Armory is located in San Antonio, Texas. We ship eligible products in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as carrier requirements.
By placing an order with P144 Armory, the customer agrees that they are legally allowed to purchase, possess, and receive the items ordered. Customers are responsible for knowing and following the laws in their city, county, and state before placing an order.

Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, payment verification, compliance review, receiving FFL dealer verification, carrier availability, and any additional legal requirements.
Shipping time begins after the order has been processed, approved, and released for shipment. Tracking information will be provided when available.
P144 Armory reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refuse shipment of any order if we believe the order may violate federal, state, local, or carrier requirements.
Firearm Shipping
Firearms are not shipped directly to a customer's home.
All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensed dealer, also known as an FFL dealer, where the customer will complete the required transfer process. The receiving FFL dealer is responsible for completing the required ATF Form 4473, background check, and final transfer in accordance with applicable law.
The customer is responsible for selecting a receiving FFL dealer that is willing to accept the transfer. The customer is also responsible for any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer.
Before a firearm order can ship, P144 Armory must receive and verify a valid copy of the receiving FFL dealer's license.
If the receiving FFL dealer refuses the shipment, cannot complete the transfer, or the customer is denied during the background check process, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, carrier fees, restocking fees, and any other costs associated with returning or resolving the order.
Ammunition Shipping
Ammunition must ship separately from firearms and will only be shipped using approved ground shipping methods where permitted by law and carrier policy.
P144 Armory does not ship ammunition to locations where it is prohibited by law, regulation, or carrier policy.
Customers must be legally allowed to purchase and possess ammunition. Adult signature, age verification, or additional documentation may be required.
Magazines, Accessories, and Other Regulated Items
Certain items, including but not limited to magazines, firearm parts, optics, lights, knives, body armor, and other accessories, may be restricted in some states, cities, or counties.
P144 Armory does not ship restricted items to locations where they are prohibited. If an order contains an item that cannot legally be shipped to the customer's location, the order may be canceled or modified.
The customer is responsible for confirming that all items ordered are legal in their location before purchase.
Restricted Shipping Locations
Shipping rules change by location. Before you place an order, review our Shipping Restrictions page to confirm the items you want can ship to your address. If something cannot legally ship to where you are, the order may be canceled or modified.
P144 Armory does not ship firearms, ammunition, magazines, or regulated items to any location where shipment, possession, or transfer is prohibited by law.
Additional restrictions may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, and certain states, counties, or municipalities.
P144 Armory may require additional documentation before shipping certain items. If required documentation is not provided, the order may be canceled.
P.O. Boxes
Firearms, ammunition, and certain regulated products cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. A physical shipping address may be required.
NFA Items and Suppressors
NFA items, including suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, machine guns, destructive devices, and any other regulated NFA items, are subject to additional federal, state, and local requirements.
NFA items will not be released or shipped until all applicable legal requirements have been satisfied. This may include ATF approval, transfer paperwork, tax stamp approval, identity verification, and any other required compliance steps.
P144 Armory reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any NFA-related order that cannot be lawfully completed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided before shipment when applicable. Shipping rates may vary based on product type, package weight, package size, destination, carrier requirements, insurance, adult signature requirements, and other factors.
Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy, oversized, regulated, or high-value items.
Free shipping promotions, if offered, may not apply to firearms, ammunition, oversized items, bulk orders, expedited shipping, insurance, adult signature fees, taxes, transfer fees, or other special handling charges unless specifically stated.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for certain eligible items at an additional cost. Expedited shipping is not available for all products and may not be available for firearms, ammunition, regulated items, or orders requiring compliance review.
Expedited shipping does not speed up legal, compliance, payment, or FFL dealer verification requirements.
Shipping Delays
P144 Armory is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, compliance review, payment verification, receiving FFL dealer delays, background check delays, high order volume, or any other circumstances outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by P144 Armory. Once an order has been released to the carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and may vary. We will assist customers when possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Customers should inspect all packages upon delivery. If a package arrives damaged, the customer should keep all packaging materials and contact P144 Armory as soon as possible.
Lost, damaged, or stolen package claims are subject to carrier investigation and claim procedures. P144 Armory will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Shipping insurance or package protection may be offered or required for certain orders.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. P144 Armory is not responsible for delays, additional fees, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If an order is returned due to incorrect information, refusal, failed delivery, or inability to complete the transfer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, reshipping fees, restocking fees, and any other related costs.
Compliance Review
All orders are subject to review before fulfillment. P144 Armory reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to legal restrictions, carrier restrictions, suspected straw purchase activity, payment issues, fraud concerns, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, or inability to verify required information.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at P144 Armory in San Antonio, Texas for eligible items. Firearms picked up in store are subject to all required paperwork, background checks, identification requirements, and applicable laws.
