Shipping Restrictions
P144 Armory may provide access to online purchasing through our website, linked online storefronts, distributor catalogs, vendor inventory feeds, or third-party e-commerce systems. Some products purchased through these online features may be processed, fulfilled, shipped, or supported by third-party distributors, vendors, manufacturers, shipping providers, FFL dealers, or other service providers.
P144 Armory operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale, shipment, transfer, possession, and use of firearms, ammunition, firearm parts, magazines, accessories, NFA items, and other regulated products.
These restrictions are provided for general informational purposes only and are not legal advice. P144 Armory does not make any representation or guarantee that any product is legal to purchase, possess, transfer, ship, or use in any specific state, county, city, or jurisdiction.
It is the customer's responsibility to know and follow all federal, state, and local laws before placing an order.
Customer Acknowledgment and Certification
By placing an order through P144 Armory's website, linked online storefront, distributor catalog, or related online purchasing system, the customer certifies, acknowledges, and agrees that they are legally allowed to purchase, possess, receive, and use the items ordered.
The customer confirms that they are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms, ammunition, or regulated products under federal, state, or local law.
The customer confirms that they have reviewed and verified that the items ordered are legal in their state, county, city, and local jurisdiction.
The customer agrees that they are not purchasing any item on behalf of a prohibited person, for any unlawful purpose, or as part of a straw purchase.
The customer understands that certain products may be fulfilled, shipped, restricted, delayed, canceled, or refused by a third-party distributor, vendor, manufacturer, shipping provider, receiving FFL dealer, or other service provider.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items ordered comply with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, and restrictions in the customer's jurisdiction.
The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless P144 Armory, its owners, employees, agents, vendors, distributors, and service providers from any claims, penalties, damages, losses, legal consequences, or expenses arising from the customer's purchase, possession, transfer, ownership, storage, use, or misuse of any item purchased through P144 Armory's website or related online purchasing systems.
If you are unsure whether an item is legal in your area, consult a qualified attorney, your receiving FFL dealer, or local law enforcement before placing an order.
General Shipping and Fulfillment Restrictions
P144 Armory reserves the right to refuse, cancel, delay, modify, or limit any order if we believe the order may violate federal, state, local, carrier, distributor, vendor, manufacturer, or internal compliance requirements.
Because some online products may be fulfilled or shipped by third-party distributors, vendors, manufacturers, or other providers, shipping availability may vary by product, location, carrier, distributor policy, vendor policy, and applicable law.
Some products may not be available for shipment to certain states, counties, cities, municipalities, U.S. territories, military addresses, P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, or other restricted locations.
Restricted products may include, but are not limited to, firearms, ammunition, magazines, frames, receivers, firearm parts, barrels, upper receivers, lower receivers, build kits, parts kits, NFA items, suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, binary triggers or trigger devices, body armor, knives, pepper spray, defensive sprays, airguns, and other regulated products or accessories.
Firearm Shipping Restrictions
Firearms are not shipped directly to a customer's home.
All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee, also known as an FFL dealer, where the customer must complete all required paperwork, identity verification, background checks, and transfer requirements before receiving the firearm.
Depending on the product and fulfillment method, firearm shipment may be handled by P144 Armory, a distributor, a vendor, a manufacturer, or another approved service provider.
P144 Armory, the distributor, vendor, manufacturer, or shipping provider may require verification of the receiving FFL dealer before shipment. Firearms may be shipped only to an approved or verified FFL dealer address.
The customer is responsible for selecting a receiving FFL dealer that is willing and able to accept the transfer. The customer is responsible for any transfer fees, storage fees, compliance fees, return shipping, restocking fees, or other charges imposed by the receiving FFL dealer or caused by the inability to complete the transfer.
If the receiving FFL dealer refuses the shipment, cannot complete the transfer, or if the customer is denied, delayed, fails to appear, provides incorrect information, abandons the order, or is otherwise unable to lawfully receive the firearm, the customer may be responsible for all related costs.
Ammunition Shipping Restrictions
Ammunition sales and shipments are subject to federal, state, local, carrier, distributor, vendor, and manufacturer restrictions.
Ammunition may not be shipped to locations where shipment, possession, or transfer is prohibited or restricted by law, carrier policy, distributor policy, vendor policy, or internal compliance policy.
Ammunition may require adult signature, age verification, identification, permits, licenses, shipment to an FFL dealer, or other documentation depending on the customer's location and the fulfillment provider's requirements.
Ammunition cannot be shipped in the same package as a firearm.
P144 Armory reserves the right to cancel or refuse ammunition orders that cannot be lawfully or safely processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
Magazine Restrictions
Magazine capacity restrictions vary by state and local jurisdiction.
P144 Armory does not permit shipment of magazines to any location where the magazine is prohibited by law, regulation, ordinance, carrier policy, distributor policy, vendor policy, or internal compliance policy.
The customer is responsible for confirming that any magazine ordered is legal in the customer's state, county, city, and local jurisdiction before placing an order.
NFA Item Restrictions
NFA items, including suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, machine guns, destructive devices, and other regulated items, are subject to additional federal, state, and local restrictions.
NFA items will not be released, shipped, or transferred until all required legal steps have been completed. This may include ATF approval, tax stamp approval, transfer paperwork, identity verification, background checks, and any other required compliance process.
P144 Armory reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any NFA-related order that cannot be lawfully completed.
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories, and Freight Forwarders
Firearms, ammunition, and certain regulated products cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
P144 Armory may refuse or restrict orders involving APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or any location where shipment is not available, not supported by the carrier, or not permitted by law, distributor policy, vendor policy, manufacturer policy, or internal compliance policy.
Additional shipping methods, documentation, fees, or restrictions may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and other non-contiguous locations.
Third-Party Distributor, Vendor, and Manufacturer Restrictions
Some products listed online may be fulfilled, shipped, or supported by third-party distributors, vendors, manufacturers, online storefront providers, or inventory feeds.
Distributor, vendor, manufacturer, carrier, and fulfillment restrictions may be stricter than P144 Armory's own policies. Product availability, shipping eligibility, pricing, descriptions, images, and fulfillment status may change without notice.
P144 Armory reserves the right to cancel, delay, modify, or refuse any order affected by distributor restrictions, vendor restrictions, manufacturer restrictions, inventory errors, pricing errors, fulfillment issues, shipping limitations, or compliance concerns.
State and Local Restrictions
Because firearm, ammunition, magazine, accessory, and self-defense product laws vary by state and local jurisdiction, P144 Armory may restrict or refuse orders involving certain products in certain states, counties, cities, or municipalities.
Restrictions may apply to, but are not limited to, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and other states, counties, cities, or municipalities with product-specific restrictions.
This list is not exhaustive. Local restrictions may apply even when state law allows an item. P144 Armory reserves the right to cancel, delay, modify, or refuse any order based on federal, state, local, carrier, distributor, vendor, manufacturer, or internal compliance review.
