These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the P144 Armory website, online store, in-store services, products, communications, and any related services provided by P144 Armory ("P144 Armory," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, making a purchase, using our services, or interacting with P144 Armory, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website, place an order, or use our services.
1. Eligibility and Age Requirements
P144 Armory's website, products, and services are intended only for individuals who are legally eligible to purchase and possess the products ordered.
You must be at least 18 years old to access our website, create an account, place an order, or purchase eligible products from P144 Armory.
By using our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to purchase the items ordered.
Additional age restrictions apply to certain products:
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns where legally permitted.
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long-gun ammunition where legally permitted.
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns.
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition.
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase frames, receivers, "other" firearms, or serialized components where required by law or policy.
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase NFA items, including suppressors, from P144 Armory.
Some products may have additional federal, state, or local restrictions. P144 Armory reserves the right to require age verification, identification, eligibility confirmation, compliance review, or other verification before completing any order.
P144 Armory reserves the right to cancel, refuse, delay, or limit any order if we believe the purchaser is underage, prohibited, legally ineligible, attempting a straw purchase, providing false information, or otherwise violating the law or these Terms.
2. Legal Compliance
Customers are responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, and local laws that apply to the purchase, possession, transfer, use, and ownership of any product ordered from P144 Armory.
By purchasing from us, you represent that:
- You are legally allowed to purchase and possess the items ordered.
- You are not a prohibited person under federal, state, or local law.
- You are not purchasing on behalf of someone who is prohibited or otherwise ineligible.
- You are not attempting a straw purchase.
- The items ordered are legal in your city, county, state, and jurisdiction.
- The information you provide to P144 Armory is truthful, accurate, and complete.
P144 Armory reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that may violate any law, regulation, carrier policy, distributor policy, or internal compliance policy.
3. Firearm Sales and Transfers
All firearm purchases are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Firearms purchased online must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee, also known as an FFL dealer, for transfer. Firearms are not shipped directly to a customer's home.
The receiving FFL dealer is responsible for completing the required transfer process, including identity verification, ATF Form 4473, background check, and any other legal requirements before releasing the firearm to the customer.
The customer is responsible for selecting a receiving FFL dealer that is willing and able to accept the transfer. The customer is also responsible for any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer.
P144 Armory may require a valid copy of the receiving FFL dealer's license before shipping a firearm.
If a firearm cannot be transferred due to background check delay, denial, legal ineligibility, refusal by the receiving FFL dealer, customer abandonment, incorrect information, or any other reason outside of P144 Armory's control, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs, return shipping, transfer fees, processing fees, restocking fees, and any other related costs.
4. Ammunition Sales
Ammunition sales are subject to federal, state, and local laws.
Ammunition may only be purchased by individuals who meet the legal age and eligibility requirements for the type of ammunition ordered.
Handgun ammunition may only be purchased by individuals who are at least 21 years old where required by law or policy. Long-gun ammunition may only be purchased by individuals who are at least 18 years old where legally permitted.
Ammunition may be restricted in certain locations. P144 Armory reserves the right to cancel or refuse ammunition orders that cannot legally or safely be shipped.
Ammunition must ship using approved carrier methods and may not be eligible for expedited shipping.
5. NFA Items and Suppressors
NFA items, including suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, machine guns, destructive devices, and other regulated items, are subject to additional federal, state, and local requirements.
NFA items will not be released, shipped, or transferred until all required paperwork, approvals, tax requirements, identification requirements, and compliance steps have been completed.
P144 Armory reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any NFA-related transaction that cannot be legally completed.
NFA processing times are controlled by government agencies and are not guaranteed by P144 Armory.
6. Product Availability, Pricing, and Errors
Product availability, descriptions, images, prices, promotions, and specifications may change without notice.
P144 Armory makes reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, limit quantities, or refuse sales due to pricing errors, inventory errors, product description errors, compliance issues, or suspected misuse.
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. P144 Armory reserves the right to review and approve all orders before fulfillment.
Some online products may be listed through distributor catalogs, third-party storefronts, or vendor-provided inventory feeds. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, images, specifications, shipping eligibility, and fulfillment status may be controlled or affected by third parties and may change without notice. P144 Armory reserves the right to cancel, delay, modify, or refuse any order affected by distributor availability, fulfillment issues, pricing errors, restricted items, shipping limitations, compliance concerns, or other circumstances outside of our control.
7. Order Review and Cancellation
All orders are subject to review before fulfillment.
P144 Armory may cancel, delay, or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Legal restrictions
- Age or eligibility concerns
- Failed or incomplete verification
- Suspected straw purchase activity
- Fraud concerns
- Payment issues
- Inventory errors
- Pricing errors
- Shipping restrictions
- Carrier restrictions
- Distributor restrictions
- Receiving FFL dealer issues
- Customer failure to provide required information
If an order is canceled, any refund will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Shipping
Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy, carrier rules, legal restrictions, and product-specific requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. P144 Armory is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
P144 Armory is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, compliance review, payment verification, FFL dealer verification, background check delays, high order volume, distributor delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Due to the regulated nature of firearms, ammunition, NFA items, and related products, some items are final sale and may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
P144 Armory reserves the right to approve, deny, limit, or refuse any return, refund, exchange, or cancellation at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
10. Special Orders
Special-order items may not be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged unless approved by P144 Armory in writing.
Special orders may include firearms, optics, accessories, parts, NFA items, limited availability products, distributor-direct products, or any item ordered specifically for a customer.
11. Payment
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Payment information may be processed, stored, or tokenized through secure third-party payment processors, point-of-sale systems, membership platforms, or other approved payment systems. P144 Armory may maintain payment information on file when needed for memberships, recurring billing, deposits, approved services, or other authorized transactions. Payment information will be handled through approved systems designed to protect that information.
P144 Armory reserves the right to cancel, delay, or refuse orders due to payment failure, suspected fraud, chargeback history, incorrect billing information, inability to verify payment details, or other payment-related concerns.
12. Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers agree to contact P144 Armory directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and may be disputed with the payment processor. P144 Armory reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances, fees, costs, and other amounts owed where permitted by law.
13. Account Use and Website Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information and for all activity that occurs under their account.
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape content, use automated systems without permission, or use the website for illegal or abusive purposes.
P144 Armory may suspend, restrict, or terminate website access or accounts at our discretion.
14. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use P144 Armory's website, products, or services to:
- Violate any federal, state, or local law
- Purchase products you are not legally allowed to own or possess
- Purchase products for a prohibited person
- Make a straw purchase
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to bypass age verification or compliance review
- Commit fraud or payment abuse
- Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other customers
- Interfere with website security or operations
- Resell products in violation of law, distributor policy, or P144 Armory policy
P144 Armory reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or acts in a way that creates a safety, legal, compliance, or business concern.
15. Product Use and Safety
Customers are responsible for the safe, lawful, and proper use, storage, handling, transportation, and maintenance of all products purchased from P144 Armory.
Firearms, ammunition, and related products can be dangerous if misused. Customers are responsible for obtaining proper training and following all manufacturer instructions, safety rules, and applicable laws.
P144 Armory is not responsible for injury, damage, misuse, improper installation, improper handling, unsafe storage, unlawful use, or modifications made after purchase.
16. Manufacturer Warranties
Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage, repair, replacement, or approval is determined by the manufacturer, not P144 Armory.
P144 Armory may assist customers with manufacturer contact information or warranty coordination at our discretion, but we do not guarantee warranty outcomes.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on the P144 Armory website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, designs, branding, layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to P144 Armory unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or use P144 Armory content without our prior written permission.
18. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may include links to third-party websites, manufacturers, distributors, payment processors, shipping providers, FFL dealers, or other outside parties.
P144 Armory is not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

20. Electronic Communications
By using our website, creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications from P144 Armory electronically.

Marketing communications may be subject to separate opt-in or opt-out options where required by law.
21. Text Messages and Marketing Communications

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages according to the instructions provided in the message.
Transactional messages related to orders, transfers, compliance, customer service, or account activity may still be sent where permitted.

The P144 Armory website, online store, content, and services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, P144 Armory disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
This disclaimer does not limit any manufacturer warranty that may apply to a product.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, P144 Armory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, loss of use, shipping delays, compliance delays, transfer delays, background check delays, or third-party actions.
P144 Armory's total liability for any claim related to a product, order, service, or website use shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
24. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless P144 Armory, its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your misuse of products, your false statements, your straw purchase attempt, your prohibited status, your negligence, or your wrongful conduct.
25. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, a purchase, or any interaction with P144 Armory shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Bexar County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
26. Changes to These Terms
P144 Armory may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of our website, online store, products, or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
27. Severability
